: your medical history, your symptoms and holistic overview of your health

Step 3: Receive your personal Plan
We will craft a personalised plan including:
1. A food plan: what foods to focus on and which to avoid
2. Supplement plan * (if needed)

Step 4: Further testing*
If needed, we will recommend some investigatory tests to understand your PCOS better. Eg.: blood tests, stool tests, genetics.

Step 5: Measure – 16 weeks
Follow your plan for 16 weeks.
1h check-in to measure your progress and make amendments to your initial plan.

FAQ

Which symptoms can you address?

We address all of the symptoms associated with PCOS: irregular periods, difficulty getting pregnant, weight gain, hair loss, excess hair.

We also look at digestive symptoms, inflammation, thyroid issues and adrenals.

How long will it take to see results?

You should be seeing results in how you feel after 4 weeks. For period related symptoms it can take up to 16 weeks to see your period coming back. This is because the follicle needs at least 12 weeks to form so we need to allow that time for a new healthy follicle to develop.

Do you work with my GP?

We don’t directly communicate with your GP. However we might give you a letter for your GP requesting additional tests.

What are your qualifications?

Francesca, the founder is a Nutritional Therapist. She graduated with a 3 year diploma from CNM, London. She is regulated by ANP (Association of Naturopathic Practitioners).

What principles do you follow?

We believe in the body’s ability to achieve balance. As a result, we assess the body in its entirety addressing more than just your symptoms. Our aim is to understand the root cause and help your body correct that in the most natural way possible. This is why we address your food choices, lifestyle, movement and mental health.
